ASANTE IS FIGHTING AND RESISTANCE STATE OF MIND.
The Asante people have always been known as fierce fighters. The people of this tribe have a slogan: “If I go forward I die. If I go backward I die. Better go forward and die.” When the Asante tribe was faced with war, they used drums to signal the upcoming battle. The beat of these drums was so loud, they could be heard through the dense forest over long distances.
“I wanted to bring excitement to the wine industry by desacralizing the myth behind wine by making it as accessible as possible. Also pay tribute to the entire community of wine growers for their fight and Resistance. This is the Asante Spirit.

Asante Rouge by Château SÉNILHAC draws its generosity from a clay-limesrone soil on the high lands of St. Seurin de Cadourne since the 19th Century. This wine reveals the gourmet aromas of red and black fruits and the subtle notes of liquorice of a great Haut-Médoc.
